The Many Varying Characteristics of a Cat

Hey guys, today I have a fun post for you guys! This post features the Himalayan Kitten, an American Girl item I got for Christmas.Β  I had my eye on this $28 cat for a while, so I was very excited to receive her.

Ok, so it’s been what…… 4 MONTHS SINCE CHRISTMAS? YES? ALREADY? and, this pretty kitty still doesn’t have a name!!!

When naming a cat, you have to consider some of the cat’s characteristics. Yes, even if your cat is super lazy! πŸ™‚

Ok, so in this pic my cat is obviously way to small to climb down these steps and if this is something she constantly struggles with, you can name her something like…… Mammoth. People often name their pets things they aren’t or are the opposite of.

This fun pic shows ______ climbing a rope. So you could name your cat after someone/something brave or adventurous.

In this pic, my cat is either scared, sneaky, really any other reason for her to keep half way hidden.

Something fishy is going on here!!! πŸ™‚

And she jumps:

And like all cats, she lands on four feet!!!

You can also name cats based on what foods they like, like peanut butter or bubblegum (can cats eat bubblegum?!!!!)

So, what would you name your/your doll’s cat? Comment bellow cause I’m in desperate need for kitty names!!!

My mom used to have a cat named Stockings because she looked like she had stockings or socks on! So I suggest Mittens, Stockings, or Socks as a name! (I especially like Mittens!) Also, whenever my Grandma’s cat had kittens we name them on how they look! We named some twin kittens Butterscotch and Caramel, also a pure white kitten we named Snowflake! πŸ™‚

I understand trying to think of the perfect name for a pet! Fortunately, my sisters think up some pretty good ones for me when I need them. πŸ˜€ I named my doll’s dog Heidi, because she was shy and liked to hide. (Heidi— Hide-ee; get it? XD)

Oh, and by the way, did you get my email for DOC #4? Just making sure! πŸ˜‰

Your cat is white and dark brown, so I would name her Oreo or Cookie. Sounds good to me!

What about Lyric or Cream? Or maybe Kit. πŸ˜›
